Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan?
Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan. For upgrades, we have to raise an invoice with the upgrade cost. The upgrade cost is calculated based on the cost you paid for the current plan, the cost of the plan you want to upgrade to and the expiry date of the present plan you are on. An upgrade can be done at any time during your running subscription. For downgrades, this can only be done at the end of your present subscription during renewal. You will be required to pay just the cost of the plan you have downgraded to during renewal. For upgrades and downgrades, create a support ticket with the request.
When will my hosting account be active?
This depends on the payment method you choose. If you choose any of the online payment methods your hosting account will be set up instantly, as soon as you complete a successful payment with the gateway. If you choose to make a deposit at the bank, your account will be activated as soon as payment is confirmed from the bank.
